DELIVERY
Once the order is completed and paid on our online store, the parcel will de shipped and delivered within 2 to 5 working days. We deliver Canada wide.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to track your order.
Availability of articles
We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an article which you ordered can be out of stock. We shall contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.

La fumette & Co Return Policy
The fumette & Co offers a simple 30-day return policy on all regular-priced orders shipped to Canada.
If you want to return your order:
- Send us a message via the contact page with a photo of the product to be returned in its original packaging and UNUSED to indicate that the product is new.
- Please include in the message the reason for your return.
- The shipping costs are not refundable.
- The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- All international purchases (outside Canada) are firm sales.
- All items purchased at a reduced price are firm sales.
- For hygienic reasons, we can not under any circumstances accept returns of used products.
- A refund will be issued once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not comply with the above requirements.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered within 30 days of purchase for products that are damaged or defective. Only new products NOT USED will be accepted for exchange.
And if a product is damaged?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives broken, damaged, or if the wrong product has been shipped, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can proceed with the exchange.
Please, send us a message via the contact form with 2-3 images of the damaged product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it in full and will inform you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect or breakage. If you qualify for a replacement, we will replace the product quickly.

Send us a message via the contact form mentioning your order number, name, address and tracking number, we will do our best to remedy the situation.
